What is an empire?

History of the first empire
In 528 BC. Emperor Cyrus came to power and united the Persians and Medes.
Conquering Babylon, Lydia and other countries, he abolished slavery and proclaimed equal rights for all peoples of his empire. He did not destroy the traditions or religions of the conquered countries, leaving the existing rulers in power. Cyrus became the king of kings, giving all annexed countries the right to participate in the administration of the empire. The envoys of the annexed countries had places in the power of the empire according to their numbers.
At this period of time, such an empire was exemplary even for our time. The spread of Islam in the empire destroyed equality, creating unequal rights for different religions. This weakened the power of the empire, weakening unity. Iran still has two seats in its parliament for Jews. This is the legacy of the great Persian Empire, which included Judea.
This historical experience teaches few people. The chauvinism of the “big brother” will not allow building a real empire. All pseudo empires of modern history are supported by bayonets and police regime. When such a sub-empire experiences weakness, it disintegrates. Almost always, such a collapse is explained by external interference or a tragic coincidence of circumstances, “shamefully forgetting” about their bestial chauvinistic ego.
